At Acroback Productions we aim to please, so when the request came in for “a few of her favorite things” we were on it. With Rent and Magical Quick Change Artists on her wish list we arranged for two of the original cast members of Rent for a mini concert and brought in from London the Quick Change Duo featured on “Britain’s Got Talent.” It was a very Happy Birthday Party.

Special Events Magazine
Acroback was thrilled to be featured as a unique way to “Shake Up The Service” with our Bouncing Bartenders in Special Events Magazine. Special thanks to Kelley Gillespie of CSI:
If martinis are best shaken not stirred, then what must a “flipped” martini taste like? According to Gillespie, success. Her “bouncing bartenders” take the cocktail to new heights — literally. Shakers in hand, acrobatic bartenders flip head over heels to mix drinks, blending beverages with entertainment. “The [acrobats] play off each other, and move to the front of the bar to entertain the guests, who are absolutely mesmerized by the show,” she says.

Acroback Productions was proud to be the “go to” company to provide the performance concepts for the re-launch to the Special Events Industry of the Hilton New York’s redesigned Ballrooms. Once in the Ballrooms, guests were treated to our Bouncing Bartenders, Mirror Man, and the new stilted “Antoinettes” complete with accompanying accompaniment.

What better way to make a dramatic entry into a dramatic space such as the Borgata ballroom for a holiday gala than with the Acroback Human Mobile? The doors opened to an elegant decor complete with floral centerpieces rigged off mini-mini-motorized mobiles on each table. Awestruck guests passed under the Mobilists, marveling at the sculptural spectacle of performance precision.

World renowned event designer Jerry Sibal’s book launch of “An Event to Remember” provided an atmosphere of elegance for the installation performance artistry of Acroback. Mirror Man sent beams of contorted welcoming light to guests upon entrance, our featured act Fabricist captivated the crowd midway through, and the magnificence of The Human Mobile capped an evening of grandeur at Cipriani Wall Street in Manhattan. It was a celebration of beautiful things and very special events.
